INCORRECT ADDRESSES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY... but we will will try to help you.

When an order is PLACED, the customer is paying to have their order sent to the address they SUBMITTED. However, sometimes people make mistakes, especially after a night of DRINKIN BEERS.

If you realize you have submitted an incorrect or different address than the one you intended, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Address changes can only be successfully made within 12-24 hours of the order placement. Even after this period, please contact us for information on how to PERSONALLY contact the delivery company responsible for you order, if you desire to see if the order has been sent back (for invalid addresses) or if you can contact the residents of your old house that you forgot you didn't live at anymore because BEER.

We cannot offer returns on products purchased through our store. If you've received a damaged or misprinted product, please email thebacklotart@gmail.com for a refund.

Refunds can either be fulfilled as replacement product(s) or a refund of the cost of the product(s) (including the price of shipping)

Custom designs and/or stickers cannot be refunded once complete. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your custom design.

If you've ordered a custom design/sticker and have not received a confirmation of your order, you may request a refund via email (thebacklotart@gmail.com)

T-shirts are unisex. We do not offer separate sizing for men/women. If in doubt, your best bet is to order slighly larger. The cotton shirts we offer are not made to be tight-fitting.

Whether it's a custom sticker or a standard bumper sticker from our store, all can be placed outside on vehicles, including glass sections. While the stickers are designed for outdoor use, sun fading will occur over time.

This is pretty much true of any bumper sticker, so consider this a patina and a badge of honor!

All items purchased in the store come with a tracking number. For US orders, they typically take a 1.5-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders this could be up to 3-4 weeks.

Custom stickers will be sent via USPS mail and do not come with tracking unless requested (this costs extra). If you suspect there has been an issue with your order please email thebacklotart@gmail.com
