About
The Back Lot was created in 2020 by artist and content creator Nick Singer, who you may know from his web comic series, "The Adventures of Corvette Man". While Corvette Man is currently no more, his spirit lives on in The Back Lot brand.
Our mission is to provide merch and custom products for those who aren't afraid to celebrate both the mundane and silly side of automotive enthusiasm. In the age of overpriced, overhyped, and generally unobtainable ideals in the car community, we aren't afraid to declare that we "literally do not care", followed by an underpowered tire squeal that could technically be considered a burnout.
Our brand's main focus is on malaise-era (1973-1983) American vehicles, but any type of automotive enthusiast is welcome here. "The Back Lot" is the back lot: the place where you'll find a mess of the obscure, unmaintained vehicles that all but a dedicated few have forgotten about.
Beyond offering products, we hope to help create experiences for you. Every bumper sticker, hat, or T-shirt is a conversation starter. So browse around and find the thing that fits you or your vehicle(s)!
